While visiting the island, I came across this lovely coffee shop. It was busy when I arrived, but definitely worth the wait. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. The coffee was perfect, and the pastries were fresh and delicious—especially the croissants! I enjoyed everything and would absolutely come back. A great spot with a nice vibe!
The BEST scones I’ve ever had! I literally went every morning I was visiting Whidbey and got way too many scones but I couldn’t get enough of them! The coffee is also really good and it’s now my favorite place to wake up early to go to when I’m on the island.

The owner is a very sweet lady, and the pastries are sweet too! I had a couple different scones over the course of a few days (cherry pie, chocolate orange, lemon poppy seed, cinnamon roll, raspberry jam) and every single one was out of this world delicious! I also had a chai latte and a regular coffee- both were also delicious but I did prefer the coffee to the latte. It’s a cozy cute little shop, with both ready to eat scones and biscuits as well as their ‘take n bake’ scones. I highly suggest getting some scones to take home and bake yourself.
Searched for the best coffee shop on Whidbey and found it! The parking lot was already filling up, so you can tell it’s a popular spot! Love the custom rug that welcomes you in. Immediately drawn to the needle felt art on the wall, and the artist himself was sitting inside! The scones and pastries all look amazing, but I needed a savory sandwich to kick off my day. So glad I got one before they sold out, as the goods here are in high demand! Will have to come back often to try each and every tasty treat. Love the take and bake options!! Jupiter Coffee is in such a beautiful spot with local art everywhere and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Great views while you sip your coffee. The woman running the whole operation on her own is definitely the best part! She’s super friendly and creates such a welcoming environment by simultaneously catching up with her regulars and slinging the best espresso around. Got a couple cool stickers to show off and can’t wait to tell everybody to visit!
Love coffee and scones?? I wasn’t an advocate for scones til I met Jupiter Coffee’s scones. I am now a lover of Laura’s scones. Not all scones are created equal. Laura absolutely has her recipe dialed in to be not only the best scone on Whidbey but the best scone on earth and Jupiter

Y’all. I grew up in the land of biscuit breakfast sandwiches (Texas), and this is still one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. It is a magical unicorn of over the top deliciousness and is a true party for your tastebuds with perfect eggs, cheese, and homemade garlic aioli. I am seriously applauding right now. The scones are the best I’ve ever had too with a great selection to choose from daily. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars alllllll daaaayyyyy!
